Personalized Complete Maintenance Training
Midwest Engineered Systems offers Maintenance Training for personnel responsible for the maintenance of the customer’s system(s). The training course covers maintenance practices and will be customized to the specific system. It is recommended that at least one system operator goes through the Maintenance Training course to prevent costly downtime.
Personnel will receive training on; identifying and troubleshooting fault conditions, troubleshooting robot and/or mechanical issues, replacing key mechanical components, and day-to-day maintenance.
MWES’s training philosophy is “hands-on.” Experienced industry professionals teach Maintenance Training courses, and classes are specifically taught for the customers’ equipment.

For Current MWES Automation Systems Customers
When contacting us regarding system problems, please have the MWES project number. The project/serial number of this system is located on the main enclosure of the machine.
When contacting us regarding robot problems, please have the robot model number, serial number, specific part number of known faulty robot part and the error/fault message that may appear on the robot teach pendant.
We will provide preventative maintenance, service and parts for anyone’s equipment; whether it is an MWES machine or not.
