Yes! Our experienced service team supports both MWES-built systems and automation equipment from many other manufacturers. Whether you need troubleshooting, repairs, controls support, robot programming, or system upgrades, we have the expertise to help keep your operation running.
Absolutely. As automation technology evolves, older controls and components can become difficult to support or replace. MWES specializes in controls upgrades, PLC and HMI modernization, robot controller upgrades, safety system updates, and complete automation retrofits that improve reliability, performance, and long-term supportability while extending the life of your equipment.
We maintain an inventory of commonly used replacement parts and can source additional OEM components through our extensive network of automation partners. Whether you need motors, sensors, controls, robotic components, or wear parts, our team can help identify and supply the parts needed to minimize downtime and get your system back into production.
Preventative maintenance schedules vary depending on the equipment, operating environment, and production hours. Most manufacturers recommend annual or semi-annual inspections, while high-production systems may benefit from more frequent maintenance. MWES can develop a customized preventative maintenance program designed to maximize uptime, extend equipment life, and reduce the risk of unexpected breakdowns.
