FSG-WD200 Platform
Flexible production Automation
The FSG-WD200 brings collaborative robot technology to food production in a platform built specifically for food production environments. Unlike general-purpose automation, FSG-WD200 was designed with advice from food manufacturers to address the real-world challenges of recipe changeovers, SKU variability, sanitation requirements, and labor flexibility.
The system is built around a FANUC CRX food-grade robotic arm mounted on a hygienic, open-frame stainless-steel cart with locking casters. A tablet-based touchscreen interface keeps operation simple: operators select SKUs, adjust configurations, and monitor production without any programming knowledge. Interchangeable end-of-arm tooling lets the same platform handle rack loading, depanning, decorating, packaging, and palletizing, redeploying between tasks in minutes.
One Platform. Multiple Applications.
FSG-WD200 Changeover & Recipe Setup
Recipe-Driven SKU Changeovers.
Changing between products on the FSG-WD200 is a touchscreen operation — not a programming task. Operators select the target SKU from the recipe library, and the system loads the appropriate motion program, tool parameters, and cycle settings automatically. Teaching new positions is done by physically guiding the robot arm — no code, no specialist required.
| Parameter | How FSG-WD200 Handles It |
|---|---|
| SKU / Product Selection | Select from saved recipe library on tablet interface |
| End-of-Arm Tool | Swap in minutes; system recognizes tooling configuration |
| Robot Path / Positions | Taught by physically guiding the arm — recorded automatically |
| Cycle Monitoring | Real-time status displayed on tablet during production |
| New SKU Programming | Lead-and-teach from tablet — no coding required |
