The BakerMate™ brings collaborative robot technology to the bakery floor in a platform built specifically for food production — developed in direct response to baker input to address recipe changeovers, SKU variability, sanitation requirements, and labor flexibility.
Built around a FANUC CRX food-grade robotic arm on a hygienic open-frame stainless-steel cart, BakerMate keeps operation simple through a tablet touchscreen: operators select SKUs, adjust configurations, and monitor production without any programming knowledge. Interchangeable end-of-arm tooling lets the same platform handle rack loading, depanning, decorating, packaging, and palletizing — redeploying between tasks in minutes.

BakerMate Changeover & Recipe Setup
Recipe-Driven SKU Changeovers.
Changing between products on the BakerMate is a touchscreen operation — not a programming task. Operators select the target SKU from the recipe library, and the system loads the appropriate motion program, tool parameters, and cycle settings automatically. Teaching new positions is done by physically guiding the robot arm — no code, no pendant programming, no specialist required.
