- Dual inverted robots with vision-guided EOATs for bag orientation and pick placement
- Automated bag singulation and orientation via conveyor-mounted chutes
- Pattern-based stacking into rigid cases using recipe logic for various pack sizes
- Integrated auto case erector, top taping/sealing, and case labeling systems
- Compact machine footprint with modular installation and HMI-managed changeover
This cohesive cell automates the full bag-to-case packing process, including case forming and sealing, while ensuring high accuracy and machine uptime. In summary, MWES delivered a high-speed, adaptable packaging system that combines robot handling and automation across every interface stage.
