Full Scale Integration and Abraham Lincoln

We’ve talked about big robots before, but at MWES we build the complete automation system in-house before shipping it out. That means having all the processing equipment in-house as well, no matter what the scale.

The above is just one component of the automation system we’re building. It provides a temperature-controlled stage within the operation. For testing the complete cell, this component has been set up to be completely functional in real-world operations. When assembly and testing are complete, MWES will completely disassemble the entire cell and install it at the customer’s facility.

To give a little perspective on the scale, the piece of equipment in the photo takes up square footage roughly similar to the size of the log cabin Abraham Lincoln was born in.
