Midwest Engineered Systems offers equipment training courses to your team, to help ensure that your equipment keeps running efficiently, while increasing the life of your systems. We offer standard and custom training which can be tailored to your specific needs. We can conduct formal or informal training at your facility or at our location. All of our training is conducted by experienced professionals that have the heart of a teacher.
The Areas of training we provide
Operator Training
Personnel will receive customized training, including but not limited to; machine start-up, robot jogging, and executing PLC and robot programs.
Maintenance Training
Personnel will receive training on; identifying and troubleshooting fault conditions, troubleshooting robot and/or mechanical issues, and replacing key mechanical components, as well as day-to-day maintenance.
Programming Training
Personnel will be trained on how to select multiple programs, interface with systems on an operator and maintenance level, as well as troubleshoot to an extent of programming on the pre robotic systems.

For Current MWES Automation Systems Customers
When contacting us regarding system problems, please have the MWES project number. The project/serial number of this system is located on the main enclosure of the machine.
When contacting us regarding robot problems, please have the robot model number, serial number, specific part number of known faulty robot part and the error/fault message that may appear on the robot teach pendant.
We will provide preventative maintenance, service and parts for anyone’s equipment; whether it is an MWES machine or not.
