Application Engineering:
The application engineering phase of the project is absolutely critical in that it is dedicated to understanding your needs. Our application engineers are on-site, talking with your operators, maintenance personnel and management team to learn your specific manufacturing process and how it relates to the application.

Concept Modeling:
Initial concepts are developed using 3-D solid modeling software along with written functional descriptions. This demonstrates our understanding of your project and allows you to visualize the entire flow of the manufacturing process that we are proposing. This important step allows you and MWES to formalize the design concept and move the project to the design engineering phase.

Design:
During the design phase of the project, we work with you to produce detailed drawings to implement simple efficient systems that are in-line with the initial concepts and functional specifications. We also work closely with you, with design reviews scheduled before fabrication and assembly of the system.

Integrity / Quality:
We thoroughly review and test every possible component, feature and facet of your system at our facility. We take pride in delivering a fully tested system. This ensures a fast installation and start-up and reduces costly delays.

Training, Start-up, Documentation and Ongoing Support:
